1. Terms of Payment

How do I pay for my purchase at Kolax?

Depending on your point of purchase, Kolax offers several payment options:

  • Online (Website): Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI
  • Through Dealers: Cash, Bank Transfer, or as per dealer terms
  • Cash on Delivery (C-o-D): Available for select pin codes (see details below)

All credit/debit card details remain confidential and secure. Kolax and our payment partners use encryption to protect your card information.

Are there any hidden charges (Octroi, Sales Tax, etc.)?

No. When you purchase from Kolax, there are no hidden charges.

Prices shown on our site or quoted by our dealers are final and all-inclusive. No additional taxes (such as GST) are charged beyond the listed price. You pay what you see.

What is Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)?

C-o-D allows you to pay when the product is delivered instead of making an advance payment online.

Are there any hidden terms for C-o-D purchases?

  • Maximum order value for C-o-D: Rs. 25,000 (applicable only for sanitary and faucet items)
  • Payment is Cash, UPI and Online Banking Only. Delivery cannot accept payment via your cheque.
  • C-o-D is not available for payment in foreign currency.
  • C-o-D purchases are only made available to our channel partners.

Is paying with Credit/Debit card secure?

Yes. Payment is secured by our payment gateway and your card details are encrypted. You can use all VISA and MasterCard. Note: only Indian domestic cards are accepted, international cards cannot be used. Your issuer-set limit is the purchase limit.

2. How to Order (including C-o-D)

Provided stock is available, all items in our catalog(bathroom and kitchen fittings including faucets, mixers, bib taps, angle valves, flexible pipe faucets, sanitary accessories, and series such as Fusion, Oxia, Opel, Ornamix, Luise, Topaz, Arya, Vignite, and others) can be ordered.

Note for C-o-D orders:

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Select payment method (online or C-o-D where available).
  3. Enter captcha / validation if prompted.
  4. Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS.
  5. For C-o-D: Pay only in cash to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Note: For orders below ₹3,000, delivery may be arranged via “ex-dealer showroom” pickup instead of home delivery, depending on your location.

Delivery Process

We coordinate delivery through our channel partners and local transport.

  • If your area lacks a channel partner, we will use local transport to dispatch your order.
  • Important: Customers should note that once a product is delivered and payment is completed, no claims can be made regarding damages that may have occurred during transit, including but not limited to; cracking, chipping, scratching, or breaking.

Does Kolax deliver outside India?

No, Kolax delivery is currently limited to India only.

4. Warranty Policy

All Kolax products (faucets, mixers, bib taps, angle valves, flexible pipes, sanitary accessories, and all series including Fusion, Oxia, Opel, Ornamix, Luise, Topaz, Arya, Vignite) are covered under Kolax’s standard warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty period: Kolax covers 10 year manufacturing defect warranty for metal components.
  • What is covered: Manufacturing defects, leakage due to internal cartridge failure, chrome plating defects under normal use.
  • What is NOT covered: Damage due to misuse, improper installation, hard water scaling, accidents, tampering, normal wear and tear, or use of non-genuine spare parts.

For warranty claims, contact Kolax customer care. A service engineer may inspect the product before replacement.

Once the imported product is delivered and accepted as okay, no further guarantee will be provided.

What is covered by warranty?

  • Defective manufacturing (leaks, cracks, defective plating and improper functioning, etc.)
  • Products or parts that are defective and are verified can be replaced.

What is NOT covered by warranty?

  • Damage from misuse.
  • Damage from improper installation.
  • Damage due to negligence.
  • Products that have sustained incidental damages caused by hard-water, chemical cleaners, and other environmental factors.
  • Products that have missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers/parts.
  • Normal wear and tear (example; fading/finish)
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs.
  • Issues due to poorly done installations (Always hire a licensed plumber to do the work).

How do you claim a warranty?

  1. Reach out to Kolax Customer Service within 15 days of identifying the defect.
  2. Please be specific with order information, product name, and provide images/videos of the defect.
  3. A service engineer or dealer representative will examine the product in 48-72 hrs.
  4. Once approved, the product will be replaced, and the customer will be required to return the defective one.

Note: Replacements will only be valid for products sold at www.kolaxbath.com or through authorized dealers. All products should be inspected at delivery. Replacements will not be accepted for transit damage claims after delivery.

5. Replacement & Refund Policy

Replacement Guarantee

If you receive a defective product, you may request a replacement under warranty. (Note: warranty covers manufacturing defects and not transit damage).

Process:

  • Reach out to us within 15 days of delivery.
  • Defective product will be inspected and recalled.
  • Verification and approval will be an indication of shipment for the replacement.

Refunds

6. Special Notes for Users

  • Kolax acts as a merchant seller. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the customer exceeding preset limits with their bank or payment gateway.
  • Product images on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, shipping charges, or product availability without prior notice.
  • These terms are subject to Indian law and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State – e.g., Delhi / Maharashtra].
